If you visit Sauze, you shouldn't miss this place. We came here to try it since it opened relatively recently and ended up being pleasantly surprised by the variety and how good the food was. I expected only raclette, cheese, and meat fondue, but that wasn't the case at all. The appetizers are delicious but I personally enjoyed the tartiflette and the soupe grasse even more. Last but not least, the homemade "bread, butter, and jam" gelato was amazing.

A beautiful venue in the historic center of Sauze d'Oulx. Impeccable hospitality, a beautiful, well-decorated, and especially warm atmosphere. A well-stocked, quality wine list. The dishes are carefully prepared; we had the raclette and the polenta and sausage, both very good.
