Raclette
A traditional specialty from the Swiss and French Alps, Raclette is a convivial dining experience to enjoy at the table.
Raclette cheese is slowly melted on its dedicated grill and poured hot over potatoes, cured meats, and vegetables.

Bourguignonne
A tradition from Swiss cuisine. Thin strips of beef, chicken, and selected sausage are cooked at the table in hot oil, or in vegetable broth for the Chinoise(9), and then dipped into flavorful sauces. (10,3,8)
